Prince of Darkness.

First of all, good lord I am so sorry for the quality... but there's no possible way to improve it.  I may be able to in like... half a year (I think that's when I get it back...), but for no, this is all I can give you. Reason is explained farther down.

Towards the beginning of the school year, we were given a prompt in Art IV to draw a celebrity, using a reference. I had a difficult time choosing (I was stuck between this, a photo of Marilyn Manson, and one of Till Lindemann, all dynamic photos), but with the votes of friends and family, I chose a photograph of Ozzy; sadly, I can't find the photograph that served as reference again... only slight alterations of it.

This is, by far, the most successful drawing I have ever created, and some of its acclaim has even brought me to tears.  I am beyond excited to finally have it uploaded! It has joined the collection of my art class's "hall of fame" and, most excitingly, is currently in the Imperial Centre of Arts in North Carolina. That explains the quality: I did not have the opportunity to take a photograph of this before it was taken to the Imperial Centre. My boyfriend and I went there last week and, although strictly prohibited for obvious thievery reasons, one of the women who work there allowed me to take a picture of it on the wall because her boss wasn't around, ha ha. It's behind glass though, so you can sort of see reflections, explaining the bleh quality. When I get it back, I can try to get a better photograph.

FUN FACT: Ozzy has been one of my favorite singers - AND my favorite band overall - since middle school. Ever wondered where my username comes from? The first part is from him! I combined one of my fave artists with my favorite animal.
